Job Description
Execute client relationships and sales strategies for Enova Foods in São Paulo area. Seeking energetic individual with commercial presence and analytical mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new clients in the segment and develop relationships with existing accounts.
- Prepare and submit to your manager the work plan and sales planning in terms of product quantities for approval.
- Execute sales and track results in volume, gross margin and market share achieved, both across your accounts and per client.
- Manage, together with clients and internal departments, requests for advertising funds, their application and the results for the company and clients.
- Suggest merchandising materials for points of sale and support the merchandising team.
- Collaborate in assessing and preparing reports related to the market and competitor activity.
- Conduct prospecting of new clients and qualify existing accounts.
- Monitor quality performance and the company's operational excellence.
- Support the introduction of new products at points of sale.
- Manage, monitor and execute high-complexity projects and activities related to your area of responsibility.
- Assist in defining and establishing strategic plans, policies and programs for the commercial accounts under your responsibility, including programs and strategies for retention and acquisition of new accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition or related fields.
- Previous experience in commercial/sales roles.
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
