Job Description
Account Executive managing client portfolios in a leading real estate marketplace in Europe. Focusing on client relationship building and sales solutions for real estate professionals in Perpignan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a client portfolio in Perpignan by combining field visits and remote actions.
- Analyze the needs of your contacts and build relevant commercial proposals in line with the Group's pricing policy (listing subscriptions, digital solutions to generate sellers and buyers, etc.).
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying needs to contract signing, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
- Monitor account performance, measure satisfaction, provide recommendations and identify new opportunities.
- Showcase our solutions using data to support your analyses, persuade stakeholders and demonstrate product effectiveness.
- Work closely with internal teams (support, marketing, product) to ensure smooth deployment and impeccable service quality.
- Regularly report your activity to your manager through internal tracking tools.
Requirements:
- Solid B2B experience: You have one or more successful experiences in selling to professionals, ideally in real estate, online advertising or digital solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills: Comfortable with price/product issues, you can defend value, use persuasion techniques and optimize your conversion rate.
- Consultative approach: You know how to dig into needs, listen actively and guide prospects to the solution that truly fits their challenges.
- Strong digital literacy: Comfortable with digital tools, you understand the stakes and levers of online advertising solutions.
- Autonomy and organizational skills: You can manage multiple actions at once, prioritize and organize your days efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: You build relationships easily, understand your contacts' expectations and establish lasting trust.
- Results-oriented: Goals motivate you, KPIs guide you, and performance drives you on a daily basis.
