Job Description

Account Executive managing client portfolios in a leading real estate marketplace in Europe. Focusing on client relationship building and sales solutions for real estate professionals in Perpignan.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a client portfolio in Perpignan by combining field visits and remote actions.
  • Analyze the needs of your contacts and build relevant commercial proposals in line with the Group's pricing policy (listing subscriptions, digital solutions to generate sellers and buyers, etc.).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying needs to contract signing, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
  • Monitor account performance, measure satisfaction, provide recommendations and identify new opportunities.
  • Showcase our solutions using data to support your analyses, persuade stakeholders and demonstrate product effectiveness.
  • Work closely with internal teams (support, marketing, product) to ensure smooth deployment and impeccable service quality.
  • Regularly report your activity to your manager through internal tracking tools.

Requirements:

  • Solid B2B experience: You have one or more successful experiences in selling to professionals, ideally in real estate, online advertising or digital solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills: Comfortable with price/product issues, you can defend value, use persuasion techniques and optimize your conversion rate.
  • Consultative approach: You know how to dig into needs, listen actively and guide prospects to the solution that truly fits their challenges.
  • Strong digital literacy: Comfortable with digital tools, you understand the stakes and levers of online advertising solutions.
  • Autonomy and organizational skills: You can manage multiple actions at once, prioritize and organize your days efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: You build relationships easily, understand your contacts' expectations and establish lasting trust.
  • Results-oriented: Goals motivate you, KPIs guide you, and performance drives you on a daily basis.
