Job Description
Executive Sales managing corporate client relationships for accounting software solutions. Leading sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale support with a focus on high-level partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an Account Executive, managing the full commercial cycle from prospecting through post-sale, actively acquiring and managing new clients (hunter), identifying and generating new business opportunities, and handling post-sale follow-up
- Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level) and decision-makers
- Update the CRM as engagements progress to ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasts in the system, providing visibility and reliability for the company
- Monitor revenue generated by completed sales and seek references and referrals for new opportunities
- Map the largest companies in the market with potential for our services and solutions
- Conduct negotiations using a consultative approach to maintain profitable and positive relationships for both the company and the client.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the ERP segment and solutions based on payroll and enterprise management systems for the corporate market (target: medium and large companies)
- Knowledge of business management concepts
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Experience with consultative sales
- Knowledge of technology, particularly ERP systems
- Work mode: Home Office (remote)
- Availability to travel
