Job Description

Account Manager collaborating with diverse teams to achieve sales targets in healthcare solutions. Developing strategies and maintaining customer relationships as part of Solventum, a healthcare company.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates efforts of product marketing and promotion activities and programs to achieve monthly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales target for target customers in line with company business strategy and plan.
  • Formulate sales plan, visit customers, and develop and establish relationships with accounts and new prospects

Requirements:

  • 医学背景全日制本科毕业,要有三年以上医疗耗材销售经验。
  • 较强的自我学习和销售能力,独立的完成公司交给的各项工作任务
  • 要有抗压能力,能够解决错综复杂问题能力,要有团队合作精神。
  • 乐观、勤奋、积极向上最好具备创造性的思维。
  • 人品端正,敢于承担,实事求是,能追根溯源解决问题,服务客户。
