Job Description
Associate Director handling compliance inquiries and audits for US Integrated Marketing at Novartis. Performing internal investigations and ensuring operational excellence in marketing compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform internal investigations and root cause analyses (RCA) of content generated by US Integrated Marketing
- Resolve deviations related to marketing content
- Communicate with stakeholders and respond to audits and legal queries
- Ensure marketing compliance, confidentiality, integrity, and operational excellence
- Maintain detailed documentation relevant to potential compliance breakdowns
- Identify appropriate metrics to attach to remediations and measure effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, Enforcement)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry
- Strong background in compliance, risk management, and investigations
- Advanced understanding of how pharmaceutical marketing organization operates and the relevant controls they use to manage risk
- Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills
- Approachable communication style that respects others
- Skilled in influencing without direct authority
