Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver high-quality, production-grade features faster than traditional teams.
- Build and optimize AI-first workflows that integrate AI across all development stages.
- Raise the bar for speed, quality, and ownership in product delivery.
- Be a core contributor to the new engineering culture built on AI-First principles.
- Take full ownership — driving tasks end-to-end while proactively collaborating with stakeholders and the Product Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade products using AI-driven approach.
- Mastery in using AI tools (Copilot/Cursor/WindSurf (etc, you choose), GPT APIs, LLMs) across the entire development lifecycle — design, code generation, testing, documentation, and release.
- Strong technical foundation in AWS, .NET, Python, and MongoDB.
- Obsessed with delivery: you ship, you improve, you own the outcome.
- Comfortable moving fast, taking ownership, and constantly pushing for better, faster, smarter execution.
