Job Description
Area Manager responsible for sales growth of Össur bracing & support products in North Carolina. Developing relationships with medical professionals and achieving sales objectives within the territory.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales growth of Össur bracing & support products
- Make sales presentations to all medical professionals within the assigned territory
- Develop and build relationships with various clinical decision makers
- Attains or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual territory sales objectives
- Utilizes all available tools to effectively execute the sales plan
- Responds promptly to the needs of both the internal and external customer
- Maintains and uses a professional arsenal of industry, technical, and competitive knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a life science or business discipline
- Minimum three plus years in direct field sales, preferably in medical products
- Prior experience selling O&P, Physical Therapy or Orthopedic products highly desirable
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, task and time management skills
- Must be able to maintain a rigorous travel schedule
- Ability to travel 50%
