Job Description
Area Sales Manager at TBAuctions, building a local customer network and supporting sales of used machinery. Involved in coordinating auction processes and client relations across a designated region.
Responsibilities:
- You manage your own region (approx. 100 km radius) and build a local customer network in industry, construction, agriculture or logistics.
- You visit companies, evaluate machinery and oversee the entire auction process.
- You create high-quality listings (photos, descriptions, and videos when applicable) and coordinate marketing together with the internal auction team.
- You earn your clients' trust, continuously expand your network, and become the regional point of contact for used machinery.
- You contribute ideas and actively help shape the development of the new business model.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, field sales, real estate, leasing or consulting — or a career changer with drive.
- Self-driven, strong interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Enjoy working with customers and delivering measurable results.
- Technically interested and proficient with digital tools.
