Job Description
Sales Advisor for digital channel at Manpower Peru. Responsible for converting leads into customers through effective communication strategies and sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Recepción de leads.
- Contactar y convertir leads en clientes mediante estrategias de comunicación efectivas.
- Aplicar técnicas de venta consultiva orientadas a las necesidades del cliente.
- Resolver dudas, objeciones y requerimientos para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Cierre de ventas y Alcanzar las metas de ventas asignadas.
Requirements:
- Secundaria completa.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en atención al cliente o ventas en canal digital.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a sábado de manera remota, turno día o turno tarde.
