Job Description
Account Executive managing sales cycles and driving revenue growth in the SaaS sector for Bitly. Fostering relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients in the Internet Software and Services sector.
Responsibilities:
- Drive scalable revenue growth across new and existing accounts within the Internet Software and Services sector, exceeding quarterly and annual quotas.
- Communicate the value of Bitly’s breadth and depth of products/use cases to vertical specific prospects, articulating value proposition and ROI.
- Lead sales cycle including account mapping, opportunity sourcing, consultation, pricing, and contract negotiation through deal close.
- Create, own, and forecast revenue bookings against targets.
- Develop repeatable processes and vertical best practices to drive increased teamwide expansion wins.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior executives at the Director, VP, and C Suite levels.
- Collaborate with key cross functional partners across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing with a customer centric lens.
Requirements:
- 7+ years SaaS sales experience in Enterprise and/or mid-market.
- Industry experience and strong relationships with key decision makers across Internet Software and Services organizations.
- Experience operating in a high energy, fast paced environment focused on hyper growth.
- Strong track record of quota attainment and outstanding performance in a customer focused environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills (both verbal and written), in addition to proven ability engaging with C-Level executives.
- Inquisitive nature, with strong analytical thinking and reasoning skills.
- Ability to successfully drive revenue and growth through the development of long-term, strategic relationships with new and existing customers by navigating complex organizations.
- Strong desire and proven ability to work cross functionally across a global organization with a solutions focused approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline OR equivalent experience is required.
