Job Description
Associate Creative Director, Art crafting visually impactful campaigns for healthcare marketing. Leading creative direction and collaborating closely with the team to drive innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Shape big ideas that matter through compelling art direction
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and guide the team
- Push creative boundaries and develop visually stunning campaigns
- Lead pitch efforts and eloquently explain creative solutions
- Anticipate and adjust for problems throughout the creative process
- Be responsible for the health of the Creative department and find ways to grow new business
Requirements:
- 8+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and all that it entails: disease state and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal restrictions and competitive markets
- Must have AOR/broadcast experience, digital experience and be a highly conceptual thinker
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
- Knowledge and background in working with therapeutic clients
- Book of strategic and beautiful work
- Management and supervisory skill set
- Sense of humor
- Understanding of both the creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Suite, specifically Sketch and Adobe XD know-how
