Job Description

Campaign Lead facilitating engagements and strategy for Collins Aerospace in the INDOPACOM area. Working closely with U.S. commands and partners in the defense sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as local Collins Aerospace Campaign lead for INDOPACOM, responsible for customer relationships, exercise sponsorship, and strategic engagement across the AOR
  • Coordinate customer engagement and exercise execution with Collins service base demonstration teams to deliver joint capabilities
  • Maintain active engagement with INDOPACOM HQ, PACAF, PACFLT, MARFORPAC, SOCPAC, USARPAC, and other component commands
  • Shape emerging operational concepts (e.g., EABO, Agile Combat Employment, Distributed Maritime Operations) into actionable opportunities for Collins
  • Partner with internal strategy, engineering, portfolio, and campaign teams to translate operational needs into product investment roadmaps and capture strategies
  • Represent Collins at theater exercises, wargames, demonstrations, and senior-level engagements
  • Provide intelligence on customer priorities, operational gaps, and exercise priorities

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret Security Clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Primary experience working with DoD Customers
  • Experience and understanding of the INDOPACOM space
