Job Description
Associate Principal Engineer managing project deliverables and stakeholder alignment for a global digital product engineering company with diverse services.
Responsibilities:
- Own the master plan and cadence for demos, deep dives, and POCs; keep deliverables on track
- Schedule and coordinate demos/workshops; prep agendas, success criteria, and follow-ups
- Consolidate feedback from stakeholders; maintain decision logs and scorecards
- Align stakeholders (IT Platform Eng, Security, Procurement, etc) on timelines, risks, and approvals
- Manage POC definitions (use cases, data sets, success metrics), and track outcomes/readouts
- Prepare executive-level status updates
- Coordinate with vendor SEs/PS teams for environments, access, and technical prerequisites.
Requirements:
- +7 years program/project management for enterprise SaaS platform selections (CMS/DXP or adjacent: Martech, CDP, DAM)
- Comfortable working across engineering, security, procurement, and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated operational rigor (roadmaps, RAID, OKRs/metrics) and strong written communication
- Nice to have: familiarity with headless architectures, API-first platforms, analytics/RUM, and composable stacks.
