Job Description

Bariatric Specialty Sales Manager enhancing minimally invasive care through da Vinci systems. Expanding usage in surgical specialties and supporting sales representatives in Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive identification and adoption of new procedures for the da Vinci surgical system
  • Partner with sales leadership and staff to identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders
  • Coach, counsel, and train local sales representatives on selling to specialists in assigned hospital accounts
  • Conduct market development activities e.g., MSA RIPs and 'blitz' activities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of medical device sales required
  • 1+ years of management experience or management career track required
  • Deep knowledge of titanium and bariatric space
  • Experience using Data and Analytics/Business Acumen in Order to Develop GAP Research and Target Lists
  • Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility with a highly educated customer base.
