Job Description

Independent Contractor providing remote administrative support in the healthcare sector. Seeking detail-oriented, bilingual professional for a variety of tasks via phone and online systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate phone calls and calendar schedules using RingCentral and EMR Systems
  • Handle patient billing, including invoicing and payment tracking via Square
  • Transcribe medical or administrative notes accurately
  • Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date patient and office records
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous medical office experience is required
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Edvak, and Square
  • Familiarity with RingCentral phone system is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and stable power supply
