Job Description
Independent Contractor providing remote administrative support in the healthcare sector. Seeking detail-oriented, bilingual professional for a variety of tasks via phone and online systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate phone calls and calendar schedules using RingCentral and EMR Systems
- Handle patient billing, including invoicing and payment tracking via Square
- Transcribe medical or administrative notes accurately
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date patient and office records
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous medical office experience is required
- Proficient with Google Suite, Edvak, and Square
- Familiarity with RingCentral phone system is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have a reliable internet connection and stable power supply
