Job Description
Business Architect supporting customer success and their transformation utilizing Salesforce expertise. Involving in design, delivery, and collaboration with clients and multi-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- 事業グランドデザイン、DXグランドデザイン、DX推進支援、業務定義・設計、KPI設計、組織設計、組織構築支援、業務展開、業務定着化などのビジネスコンサルティングに関するデリバリー
- デリバリーに関して大きなロードマップから施策を具体化してお客様と伴にお客様成功のための支援を行う。
- セールスフォースのデリバリーに関してBA以外の他のアーキテクト(IT系アーキテクト)と連携しながら具体的なプロトタイプやデモをデザインし、お客様に提示
Requirements:
- 5年以上のビジネスコンサルティングの経験者。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力、クライアントマネジメント力、プレゼンテーション力、自律的な課題解決能力、創造的で積極的な思考、柔軟な環境対応能力。
- 優れたドキュメント能力。特にMS PowerpointやGoogle Slideなどでお客様に説明できる、コンサルティングドキュメント能力(技能及びスピードの両方)。
