Job Description
Business Development Manager driving growth in Biometrics services for SGS. Leading client relationships and expanding market reach in clinical research sector.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Be a connector by actively networking in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry and building key partnerships.
- Close deals by negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate internally to align client needs with our service offerings and support cross-functional opportunities.
- Champion our CRM by maintaining and developing our customer database to fuel future growth.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or business development within the Life Sciences industry.
- Solid understanding of clinical research, CRO operations, and biometrics (data management and/or biostatistics).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
