Job Description
Business Development Manager at SGS identifying and securing business opportunities in the (bio)pharmaceutical sector. Leading client relationships and negotiating deals to drive growth in clinical research.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business growth by identifying strategic opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Build and nurture key relationships in the (bio)pharma industry.
- Negotiate and close deals that deliver value to both SGS and our clients.
- Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client needs.
- Maintain and expand our CRM database to support business intelligence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent.
- Solid experience in Clinical Research, CRO, or related fields.
- Proven track record: 5+ years in sales or business development in Life Sciences.
- Deep understanding of the clinical drug development process.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
