Job Description
Business Development Manager accelerating insurer partnerships and driving commercial outcomes for UK market expansion at BJAK.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and activate new insurer partners with speed
- Lead the full partnership cycle—from outreach and relationship building to negotiation, onboarding, and integration.
- Build and maintain a strong, visible pipeline with disciplined follow-ups and zero drop-offs
- Negotiate and close deals confidently with clear commercial terms and fast go-live timelines
- Hit monthly revenue and policy targets — not just close deals, ensure ongoing productivity
Requirements:
- Permanent residency in the UK
- Min 5 years experience in insurance / fintech industry with strong negotiation & commercial instincts
- Existing network of insurer relationships
- You take ownership, not instructions.
