Job Description
Part-time Business Development Manager focusing on U.S. and North American markets at a rapidly growing tech company. Engage with business owners and establish new networks remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients across the U.S. and North American context
- Maintain accurate records and reports in our CRM system
- Actively develop and maintain a strong network of small and mid-size business owners within the U.S. and North American context
- Identify and establish potential channel partners and collaborations
- Maintain and/or exceed monthly KPIs specific to the U.S. and North American market
- Demonstrate strong understanding of U.S. sales communication styles, with the ability to effectively engage and close U.S.-based leads
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of B2B business development experience, preferably within North America
- Previous experience in a consultative sales role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of North American business culture and market dynamics
- Fluency in English
