Job Description

Part-time Business Development Manager focusing on U.S. and North American markets at a rapidly growing tech company. Engage with business owners and establish new networks remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients across the U.S. and North American context
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in our CRM system
  • Actively develop and maintain a strong network of small and mid-size business owners within the U.S. and North American context
  • Identify and establish potential channel partners and collaborations
  • Maintain and/or exceed monthly KPIs specific to the U.S. and North American market
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of U.S. sales communication styles, with the ability to effectively engage and close U.S.-based leads

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of B2B business development experience, preferably within North America
  • Previous experience in a consultative sales role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of North American business culture and market dynamics
  • Fluency in English
