Job Description
Data Analyst for McKesson analyzing business data and performance to improve healthcare solutions. Collaborating with teams to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy while utilizing advanced analytics tools.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, manipulate and analyze business data from a variety of sources to support different practice quality, performance, operations, etc programs
- Prepare reports, in the form of visualizations such as graphs, charts and dashboards, detailing the significant results they deduced
- Guard and protect the organization's data, making sure that the data repositories produce consistent, reusable data
- Perform basic and advanced statistical evaluations and analysis of data in all stages including collection, analysis and reporting
- Work closely with both internal teams and external customers to understand, define, and replicate best practices related to data quality and integrity programs.
- Interpret data, create ad hoc reports, modify and update standard reports when applicable, perform statistical analysis, analyze data to forecast trends and conduct predictability outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience (Computer science, engineering, analytics, finance, or business)
- Typically requires 4+ years of professional experience in addition to data analytics experience
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics
- Advanced skills with SQL, Excel, data visualization and analytics tools
- SQL, Python, Tableau, SAS, R, Power BI, SPSS, Stata, BOBJ etc.
- Experience working with Financial, Scheduling, and Clinical data
- Experience working with Oncology Quality Programs and Practice Operations.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in USA.
