Job Description
Organizational Change Management Consultant supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. Requires a strong background in managing change in complex environments with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies to support large-scale transformation initiatives, including setting up captive centers.
- Assess organizational readiness and impact of change, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and training programs to facilitate adoption.
- Work independently with cross-functional teams and leadership to embed change and sustain new ways of working.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive alignment.
- Monitor and report on change management progress and effectiveness, adjusting approaches as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers and other workstream leads to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in organizational change management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering change in large transformation programs.
- Experience in setting up captive centers or similar complex organizational setups is highly desirable.
- Strong independent working skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and environments.
- Industry experience is not mandatory; focus is on change management expertise and execution capability.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with change management tools and software.
