Job Description

Account Manager acting as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal teams. Managing client requests and translating them into actionable tasks in a digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Request and collect necessary information, assets, and approvals from clients.
  • Provide clear direction and actionable guidance to internal teams based on client needs.
  • Set and manage internal task priorities in alignment with client expectations and deadlines.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress, changes, and next steps.
  • Monitor timelines and deliverables to help keep projects on track.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, bottlenecks, or misalignments early.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate client requests into clear action plans.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with paid social channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
