Job Description

Client Service Analyst working remotely managing client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery. Handling Collateral Loan Obligations and interacting with various stakeholders on reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • work on client relationships and ensuring excellent client service
  • assigned a book of clients managing Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs)
  • manage deals independently
  • perform quality control review of reports
  • interact with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies
  • lead business-related projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related experience or similar field
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
  • Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred
