Job Description

Client Service Analyst managing client relationships and ensuring service delivery for Loan Clients at Western Alliance Bank. Responsible for daily operations and client reporting on financial obligations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working on client relationships and ensuring excellent client service
  • Assigned a book of clients managing Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities
  • Working on day-to-day operations and reporting delivery to clients
  • Creating technical report specifications from indenture language
  • Setting up payment calculations in a variety of in-house systems
  • Receiving, mapping, and reconciling collateral data
  • Compiling monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports
  • Coordinating with operations teams for correct payments
  • Performing quality control review of reports
  • Conducting portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals
  • Participating in new client proposals
  • Leading business-related projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related experience or similar field
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
  • Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
