Job Description
Client Support BPO Associate at Stitch Fix focusing on operational efficiency and exceptional client services through outsourced teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze trends to drive continuous improvement among external agents.
- Provide 1:1 coaching to BPO agents & BPO Team Leads.
- Own the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Serve as a BPO advocate by facilitating communication and support.
- Act as a resident process expert and consult on cross-functional projects.
- Partner closely with the Performance Excellence team to evaluate BPO team improvements and strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience handling complex client-facing issues and delivering solutions via email, live chat, and phone.
- Ability to manage multiple internal platforms on a regular basis.
- Demonstrated capability to operate autonomously while effectively managing competing priorities.
- History of building strong relationships with CS and cross-functional partners.
- Direct experience with impact analysis of organizational-level changes within the project management lifecycle.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
- Ability to work non-standard business hours including evenings until 8 pm, weekends, and holidays.
