Job Description
Cluster Assistant Director of Sales managing key accounts for corporate and government sectors. Leading sales efforts and supporting team performance while ensuring brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate, Government, and Wholesale market segments for the cluster.
- Manage own accounts secondary to the Cluster Director of Sales key accounts.
- Conduct a minimum of 40–50 sales calls per month, client entertainments, and site inspections.
- Record all activities in SFA or CRM.
- Support Sales Strategic Planning (SSP) of proactive sales team members.
- Help establish new client contacts and develop revenue potential from accounts.
- Support sales team management: Assist in setting objectives for sales team members and monitor performance.
- Ensure all new team members are oriented in MH brand strategy and positioning.
- Support coaching and training to develop team selling skills.
- Maintain accurate reporting of business results and action plans.
- Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in operational budget adherence and cost control.
- Participate in client familiarization trips, site inspections, and sales trips as required.
- Support creation of packages and promotions for low occupancy periods.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate delivery of guest experiences.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure efficient administration and documentation.
