Job Description
Call Center Operator delivering support to clients with a focus on personalized solutions. Engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and promoting financial products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide voice-based customer support in a humanized and empathetic manner, focusing on personalized resolutions to meet customer needs
- Dynamically offer our financial products and services with the goal of building customer loyalty and ensuring the best outcome for the client
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with opportunities to earn rewards based on performance
- Welcome customers, resolve inquiries, and handle requests with excellence to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Sales experience is a plus
- Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday)
