Job Description

Consultant Solution Dynamics 365 CRM implementing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Collaborating with project managers and developing customized functionalities in a stimulating environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM projects (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
  • Attend functional and technical design workshops under the supervision of a project manager
  • Configure and tailor the solution to business requirements (entities, forms, workflows, views, dashboards)
  • Develop customizations: JavaScript, .NET plugins, custom workflow activities and integrations via Web API
  • Take part in unit and integration testing to ensure the quality of developments
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical and functional documentation

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proven experience on at least one full Dynamics 365 CRM implementation project
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and technical rigor
  • Proficiency in standard Dynamics 365 CRM configuration (Power Apps Model-driven)
  • In-depth knowledge of security models, business rules, workflows and Power Automate
  • Development skills: JavaScript, C#, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Web API (OData, REST)
  • Familiarity with Cloud (Dynamics 365 Online) and On-Premises environments
  • Familiarity with the Power Platform ecosystem (Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse)
