Job Description
Intern at Centene contributing to projects within the Managed Care industry. Involves drafting contracts, providing guidance on regulatory issues, and improving business efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry
- Develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business
- Draft and review complex contracts
- Assist in providing business guidance on potential regulatory issues as it relates to pharmacy
- Work on comprehensive analysis of existing contracts to improve overall business efficiencies and ensuring fair market range values
Requirements:
- On a legal track or in pursuing a law degree
- Have an interest in health care or contracts law
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed
- Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period
