Job Description

Intern at Centene contributing to projects within the Managed Care industry. Involves drafting contracts, providing guidance on regulatory issues, and improving business efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry
  • Develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business
  • Draft and review complex contracts
  • Assist in providing business guidance on potential regulatory issues as it relates to pharmacy
  • Work on comprehensive analysis of existing contracts to improve overall business efficiencies and ensuring fair market range values

Requirements:

  • On a legal track or in pursuing a law degree
  • Have an interest in health care or contracts law
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed
  • Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period
