Job Description
Coordinator II providing day-to-day support to Client Services team handling customer inquiries. Collaborating with support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day workflow coordination and support to the Client Services team
- Receive and respond to customer product inquiries
- Handle a variety of technical support cases
- Manage customer issues and escalate as needed
- Ensure customer issues have been documented and tracked in SalesForce
Requirements:
- Associate degree
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, software, or related field
- Knowledge of technology and customer support best practices
- Skill in problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
