Job Description

Coordinator II providing day-to-day support to Client Services team handling customer inquiries. Collaborating with support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day workflow coordination and support to the Client Services team
  • Receive and respond to customer product inquiries
  • Handle a variety of technical support cases
  • Manage customer issues and escalate as needed
  • Ensure customer issues have been documented and tracked in SalesForce

Requirements:

  • Associate degree
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, software, or related field
  • Knowledge of technology and customer support best practices
  • Skill in problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
