Job Description

Compute Sales Specialist providing enterprise technology solutions and leading complex sales pursuits. Collaborating with account managers to grow customer relationships and drive business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and driving their sales pipeline
  • Capture leads outside of specialization and use closed-loop lead management
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company's products
  • Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities
  • Provide support to Account managers
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client
  • Cultivates & maintains positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • 2-3 years of product sales in the desired specialty
  • Experience supporting SAP environments
  • Experience selling into Oracle database environments
  • Experience with mission-critical or high-end compute platforms
  • Must reside in Illinois, Washington, DC, Virginia, Ontario, or Quebec and be willing to travel approximately 25–35%
