Job Description
Philips seeks a Customer Project Manager in Denmark to lead precision diagnosis and image-guided therapy projects remotely. Focus on high-touch customer relationships and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the execution of complex project tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Engages with customers on technical and operational matters, providing expert guidance and resolving advanced issues to maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Applies independent judgment under limited supervision to drive project success and compliance, cultivating effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure resource allocation and achievement of project milestones.
- Analyzes project performance data and metrics to offer strategic insights that optimize outcomes, enhance customer value, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluates project risks, issues, and change requests, collaborating with project managers on mitigation strategies to ensure project success while maintaining customer trust.
Requirements:
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing demanding projects, showcasing your ability to lead and deliver complex initiatives successfully.
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, providing a solid educational foundation for understanding technical and operational aspects of projects.
- You possess excellent communication skills in both Danish and English , written and spoken, allowing you to effectively present and convey information internally as well as externally.
- You are adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and planning skills to ensure timely execution and handover.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work independently and proactively, inspiring confidence and building trust within project teams and with customers.
