Job Description

Virtual Assistant supporting customer service and operations for a growing mosquito control company. Managing inbound calls, payments, and coordination with field technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and customer onboarding.
  • Payment processing and email/voicemail management.
  • Coordinate with field technicians and manage daily tasks.
  • Use internal tools for measuring properties and preparing quotes.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work US Central Time (CT) business hours (e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT or similar schedule agreed with the client).
  • Comfortable with email & calendar tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
  • Basic spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
