Job Description
Virtual Assistant supporting customer service and operations for a growing mosquito control company. Managing inbound calls, payments, and coordination with field technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and customer onboarding.
- Payment processing and email/voicemail management.
- Coordinate with field technicians and manage daily tasks.
- Use internal tools for measuring properties and preparing quotes.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work US Central Time (CT) business hours (e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT or similar schedule agreed with the client).
- Comfortable with email & calendar tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
- Basic spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
