Job Description
Customer Service Representative providing advocate care in Behavioral Health for CVS Health. Assisting members with resources, claims understanding, and care pathways.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advocate care to assist the member with a clear path to care
- Educates the member with online resources
- Guides the member through their members plan of benefits
- Explains member's rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract
- Performs review of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible
- Anticipates customer needs
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office products’ specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High School Diploma or GED
