Job Description

Customer Service Representative providing advocate care in Behavioral Health for CVS Health. Assisting members with resources, claims understanding, and care pathways.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advocate care to assist the member with a clear path to care
  • Educates the member with online resources
  • Guides the member through their members plan of benefits
  • Explains member's rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract
  • Performs review of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible
  • Anticipates customer needs

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products’ specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • High School Diploma or GED
