Job Description
Customer Success Manager ensuring customers receive maximum value from Spacelift, driving adoption and managing relationships. Working directly with customers to analyze data and improve experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in the USA, working directly with our customers to ensure they receive maximum value from the Spacelift product
- Manage the complete customer relationship
- Drive product adoption
- Ensure successful experiences with Spacelift
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
- Establish clear customer retention goals through business review cadences
- Promote product value through customer experience
- Continuously promote and drive renewals and/or expansion opportunities
- Manage account escalations by coordinating with internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
- A proven work experience of 5+ years in a Customer Success Manager or customer-facing role
- Has understanding and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling
- Terraform and AWS experience is a must
- CloudFormation, Pulumi, Ansible, and Kubernetes experience is a plus
- Renewal, Expansion, and Growth selling experience
- Ability to document and report on issues and enhancements
- Accountability and personal organisation are essential
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
