Job Description
Customer Success Solutions Architect guiding customers through StrongDM design and deployment. Helping clients solve security challenges with secure, scalable access solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers succeed by guiding them through the design and deployment of StrongDM in their environment.
- Design deployment architectures that are secure, scalable, and aligned with customer environments and goals.
- Own the technical post-sales relationship by leading hands-on deployments, including configuration, integration, and rollout in partnership with Customer Success and Project Management teams.
- Solve complex technical challenges across identity, networking, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure in partnership with Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Provide consultative technical guidance that empowers customers to confidently operate and grow their StrongDM footprint.
- Influence product direction by identifying patterns, sharing customer insights, and collaborating cross-functionally on best practices and documentation.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or post-sales architecture roles.
- Proven experience designing and deploying solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of identity, networking, and security architectures including PAM, authentication, authorization, and Zero Trust concepts.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and operating systems (Linux required, Windows exposure preferred).
- Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Bash, Python).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business needs.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-accountability environments where customer impact is the priority.
