Job Description

Remote Customer Support Agent helping global customers with inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Collaborating with the team to maintain excellent customer service in Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
  • Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with your team to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Czech, Croatian, German, Dutch, or French
  • English level B2 or higher
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
