Job Description
Remote Customer Support Agent helping global customers with inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Collaborating with the team to maintain excellent customer service in Athens, Greece.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with your team to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech, Croatian, German, Dutch, or French
- English level B2 or higher
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
