Job Description
Customer Support Specialist for DTC company handling inquiries via multiple channels. Collaborates with teams to enhance customer experience and resolves order-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media through Gorgias
- Manage and track orders, returns, and exchanges using Shopify
- Resolve product or order-related issues with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to improve the customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a **DTC company**
- Strong proficiency with **Gorgias** and **Shopify**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and provide timely, empathetic support
- Must be willing to work from **Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM EST**
