Job Description

Customer Support Specialist for DTC company handling inquiries via multiple channels. Collaborates with teams to enhance customer experience and resolves order-related issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media through Gorgias
  • Manage and track orders, returns, and exchanges using Shopify
  • Resolve product or order-related issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to improve the customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a **DTC company**
  • Strong proficiency with **Gorgias** and **Shopify**
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and provide timely, empathetic support
  • Must be willing to work from **Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM EST**
