Job Description

Customer Support Representative providing remote support through online chat and access tools in Brazil’s restaurant tech startup. Join a vibrant team with dynamic challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers via remote access tools and online chat;
  • Assist customers, whether beginners or experienced users, with using the platform;
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Customer Success team to assess process improvements;
  • Identify issues faced by customers and provide effective solutions;
  • Build lasting, valuable relationships with customers;
  • Produce detailed reports on identified issues and implemented solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Help Desk or technical support;
  • Availability to work a 5x2 schedule, either 1:00 PM–10:00 PM or 3:00 PM–12:00 AM (including availability for weekends);
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Ability to create and organize reports;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication;
  • Comfortable using the internet and web-based tools;
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
