Job Description
Delivery Manager leading tech delivery for LimeFlight's mission to reduce food waste in aviation. Collaborating across teams to drive critical features and ensure delivery success.
Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery plan from roadmap to release: build week-by-week milestones, map dependencies, and maintain a living critical path across Web/API (.NET/Angular), iOS, Identity/OIDC, and API integrations.
- Run the cadence: facilitate planning, stand-ups and other agile ceremonies release readiness, and post-release reviews; keep status crisp and risk-based.
- Release management: define and enforce release criteria, coordinate flags/rollbacks, verify in-prod health via dashboards, and ensure reversible changes.
- Stakeholder alignment: keep Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Customer Success, and external vendors/agency aligned to the same plan and dates.
- Vendor management: set milestones/SLA with external agencies or partners; integrate their artifacts into one release train.
- Risk & change control: maintain RAID log, highlight trade-offs early, drive decision records, and manage scope/time/resource options with Product & Eng.
Requirements:
- 5 years managing tech delivery (projects/programs) with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong experience in IT Project Management
- Strong technical background around Software Engineering.
- Strong expertise with the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Expertise and strong knowledge on how B2B web apps are built.
- Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and the ability to tailor processes pragmatically.
- Proven stakeholder management (product, engineering, leadership; clients if applicable).
- Solid planning and execution: roadmap/milestones, dependencies, risks/issues, change control.
- Excellent communication: concise updates, executive-ready reports, run steering meetings.
- Proficient with Jira/Confluence and comfortable with modern software lifecycle basics like GitHub Actions and feature flagging tools like Launch darkly.
- Can-do attitude and going the extra mile for customers.
- Language Min. English C1.
