Job Description
DevOps Engineer at 31 Green maintaining AWS infrastructure and optimizing CI/CD for HealthTech solutions. Involves automation, collaboration across engineering teams, and environment stability.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain AWS-based infrastructure.
- Build, enhance, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop technical solutions using DevOps best practices.
- Write custom scripts and tooling using Python / Golang / Bash.
- Participate in architecture discussions and development planning.
- Translate loosely defined requirements into actionable implementations.
- Use open-source tools and technologies to solve specific infrastructure needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address deployment, scaling, and security issues.
- Conduct incremental testing across code, deployment, and automation processes to reduce errors.
- Monitor production environments and perform upgrades to ensure stability and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Production/DevOps Engineer (or similar role).
- Hands-on experience with AWS.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Golang, Bash, etc.
- Experience working on open-source platforms.
- Proven experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management (Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker).
- Knowledge of virtualization environments.
- Experience with Git or other distributed version control systems.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases — ideally ElasticSearch or Cassandra.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of DevOps security and disaster recovery practices.
