Job Description
Director of Product Management leading Marketplace & Commerce at Unity. Focused on driving product strategy for a two-sided marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and product strategy for the Marketplace & Commerce Platform.
- Set, track, and deliver against product and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and data scientists to build impactful commerce and marketplace solutions.
- Engage with leadership and stakeholders from the Revenue organization.
- Work directly with customers to gather feedback, understand market needs, and champion our products.
- Deliver high-quality products that help our customers grow their businesses.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, including 5+ years leading product teams.
- Experience in large-scale companies and in navigating organizational complexity to deliver results.
- Proven experience building and scaling commerce or two-sided marketplace solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency: ability to interpret test results, form hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated success in bringing commercially viable products to market.
- A track record of strong collaboration with business teams—co-creating strategies, aligning cross-functional teams, and motivating stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
