Job Description
Director of Product Marketing leading CrowdStrike's Next-Gen SIEM initiatives and strategy. Collaborating with teams to drive positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Help us define how we will evolve and dominate the SIEM market.
- Develop sharp, bold, and differentiated messaging leveraging customer stories and product capabilities.
- Lead and elevate a team of skilled marketers to create compelling messaging, content, and sales tools.
- Drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline for CrowdStrike NG-SIEM and related products (including SOAR, data pipelines, etc.).
- Plan and launch new offerings, capabilities, and releases, managing cross-functional implementation.
- Lead a team to develop fresh content, including collateral, thought leadership assets, content, videos, blogs, and more.
- Own and deliver our web strategy as it pertains to all things NG-SIEM.
- Collaborate with sales and alliances teams to ensure value proposition, assets, training, support structures, and incentive plans are in place.
- Be the expert on target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings, using this knowledge to drive differentiation and influence planning.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute go-to-market strategies that drive measurable results.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term marketing strategies and product positioning.
Requirements:
- 12-15+ years of experience in security software, PMM, technical PMM, PM, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and/or B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record in leading teams of Sr. Mgrs and individual contributors.
- Deep domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Log Management, and Security Data Management
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact across teams and partners
- Highly proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Passionate about cybersecurity and delivers with a high level of intensity under pressure
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills and comfort with high-visibility initiatives.
- Ability to create clear, compelling messages and willingness to create external assets or internal deliverables.
- Strong presentation skills to educate and inspire small and large audiences.
- Experience and ability to leverage AI to drive efficiencies across product marketing teams.
