Job Description
Director of Product leading the next generation of innovation at Hello Heart's digital platform. Shaping how technology, user engagement, and business value improve health at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy for a core portfolio
- Drive discovery, design, and delivery of new capabilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 4-6 Product Managers and Analysts
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams
- Develop business cases, success metrics, and clear ROI frameworks
- Serve as a key voice in executive discussions
- Champion a bias to action, balancing strategic vision with fast, high-quality execution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years leading teams building consumer or B2B2C products at scale
- Proven success launching products delivering measurable impact on engagement, retention, or ROI
- Experience operating within complex ecosystems, ideally at the intersection of consumers, employers, and partners
- Deep understanding of product strategy, data-driven decision-making, and iterative development processes
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Track record of developing and coaching high-performing product teams
- Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset
