Job Description
E-Commerce Trainee at DCX receiving hands-on e-commerce training to support clients with diverse skills. Analyzing demographics and contributing to digital marketing with various tools and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes the customer’s demographic details in addition to forming marketing strategies accordingly.
- Contributes to creating digital assets: email campaigns, client portals, and e-commerce platforms.
- Builds web stores with functionality that supports the client’s needs.
- Understands how each store types of invoices for the customers.
- Keeps web stores updated with pricing, product maintenance, and graphics.
- Checks the inventory and orders samples.
- Coordinates the production of orders and ensures timely communication with suppliers about orders using an e-commerce platform.
- Provides administrative and project support for a variety of e-commerce projects.
- Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1-2 years of direct E-Commerce, Promotional, or other similar experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
- Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
- Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
- Previous store-building experience with Shopify or other platforms is a plus, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms is a great advantage.
- Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Shopify, Bigcommerce, Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)
