Job Description
Provide operational support for existing Learning Management Systems while assisting the Clinical Education team with educational activities. Ensuring smooth delivery of educational offerings through various tasks and support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support of the existing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to support the team’s overall education initiatives and activities
- Perform various administrative and logistical tasks related to webinars, events, and on-demand courses to ensure a smooth transition and continued delivery of educational offerings
- Draft and maintain schedules, facilitating communication between stakeholders
- Update on-demand and self-study courses in the LMS monthly
- Support event execution
- Edit and update educational materials
- Respond to inquiries from speech-language pathologists (SLPs)
- Perform general administrative duties to enhance the effectiveness of educational and event offerings
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems a plus
- Computer savvy; Microsoft Office 365 required; Slack, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, HubSpot or similar CRM preferred
- Flexible, organized, able to quickly adapt to changing priorities, comfort with technology
- Self-motivated and can work independently as well as collaboratively
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Must be able to multi-task / execute multiple projects at a time
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with or without a reasonable accommodation
