Email Marketing Specialist designing and implementing email campaigns for clients. Focusing on engagements, conversions, and analytics for a results-driven digital marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns for clients and internal initiatives.
- Create engaging email content, including copy, design, and calls-to-action.
- Segment email lists and implement personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure alignment with overall campaigns.
- Maintain email templates, subscriber lists, and marketing automation workflows.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, and segmentation.
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and reporting.
- Excellent writing, editing, and design collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven.
- Availability to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week.
