Job Description

Email Marketing Specialist designing and implementing email campaigns for clients. Focusing on engagements, conversions, and analytics for a results-driven digital marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns for clients and internal initiatives.
  • Create engaging email content, including copy, design, and calls-to-action.
  • Segment email lists and implement personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure alignment with overall campaigns.
  • Maintain email templates, subscriber lists, and marketing automation workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, and segmentation.
  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and reporting.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and design collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven.
  • Availability to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week.
