Job Description

Enterprise Sales Executive developing strategy for CBTW’s growth in North America. Focusing on fintech and banking sectors, driving new business, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan across the U.S. and Canadian markets • Drive new business across CBTW’s full portfolio: Consulting-led delivery advisory, team augmentation (agile squads), BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) engagements, digital product development services • Build strong, trust-based relationships with technology, product, and innovation leaders (Director, VP, C-level) • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, negotiation, and client onboarding • Collaborate with delivery teams (especially in Colombia) to co-design tailored client solutions • Represent CBTW at strategic industry events and lead outbound demand generation • Consistently achieve and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of successful B2B enterprise sales experience in digital services, BOT, team augmentation, or agile delivery • Deep familiarity with fintech, banking, or regulated digital platform • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile squads, and enterprise transformation challenges • Experience selling digital service models, not one-off products or licenses • Proven success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Experience working with nearshore delivery teams across time zones • Independent, self-motivated, and disciplined in managing a sales pipeline • Based in a major U.S. metro with an established professional network • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred)
