Job Description

Project Manager in Client Services for SGS managing environmental projects and client relationships. Responsible for project setup, monitoring, and ensuring client satisfaction in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the main point of contact/client services representative for a dedicated list of clients
  • Aids the client with all aspects of project setup, including the initial quote and invoicing
  • Fosters collaborative relationships with the client, laboratory operations, and sales team
  • Ensures all aspects of the project are carried out in the best interest of the client
  • Keeps all accounts project managed and up to date
  • Monitors project status and provides regular updates to the client and team
  • Understands all applicable aspects of the client project, including rationale and regulations
  • Reviews project data and invoicing for accuracy

Requirements:

  • Associates' degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sciences and/or customer service
  • Advanced oral and written communications skills
  • Strong self-initiative and resourcefulness
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Advanced mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid critical thinking skills
  • Ability to lift/carry/push and/or pull upwards of 25 lbs on an occasional basis
